General

• Responsible in providing high quality care for variety of patient in an inpatient or outpatient setting. 
• Cared and educating patients about their conditions
• Follows established nursing process, including patient assessment, nursing diagnoses, planning, intervention, and evaluation. 
• Ensures adherence to unit or department policies, nursing procedures, standards, and practice.
• Critical/Special Units: 
• To provide expert care for the critically ill patients and patient requiring special services like surgery, delivery, cardiac catheterization, procedures, etc. whichever is applicable.

EDUCATION/ LICENSURE:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing with minimum of good grading.
• With current Nursing license from country of origin.
• Midwifery certificate is preferable for L&D.
• With valid Saudi Council for Health Specialties certificate.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Have at least three (3) years’ experience as staff nurse practicing in clinical areas except for Saudi nurses who will be under Saudization program guidelines.

• Provides direct, professional nursing care to a specified population of patients in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
• Administers prescribed medications, applies sterile dressings, performs phlebotomy, and monitors vital signs.
• Administers and documents narcotic medications and signed the prescriptions immediately.
• Performs specialized nursing procedures related to the unique needs of a particular patient population.
• Prepares equipment and assists the doctors with invasive procedures done at
• Documents all relevant information related to patient condition.
• Communicates with doctors regarding patient response to treatments and care.
