Job Description
To ensure the adherence of the unit staff to the policies, procedures and practice guidelines of the SFHP-D.
|
Serves professionally with honesty, dedication and motivation towards the mission and vision of the SFHP-D. |
|
Adheres to hospital policies on teamwork spirit, dress code and cleanliness of the working area. |
|
Complies with the hospital and departmental policies on quality, safety and infection control regulations and practices. |
|
Implements,understands and adheres to policies and procedures related to CBAHI, CAP and AABB. |
|
Responsible for the quality assurance and quality control of their assigned devision. |
|
Taking care of inventories and requisitions medical laboratory supplies; keeps stocks up to date in work area. |
|
Ensures compliance with safety standards and in particular Fire and Disaster plan, Laboratory Health and Safety standards, hazardous materials, manuals and documentations. |
|
Supervises the day to day delivery of service of his division. |
Skills Description
|
· Knowledge skill in advance lab instruments and techniques. · Good verbal and written communication skills; Ability to speak and write clearly and concisely in both Arabic and English. · Experience in computer operations (Microsoft Word and Excel) and knowledge of laboratory information system and data processing. · Teamwork skills. |
